Zach Calilung is the Senior Financial Analyst for The Dougherty Team and is responsible for the development of financial models and other analyses for transactions of varying complexity and provides ongoing management of the team’s real estate transaction activities.

Zach joined The Dougherty Team in 2022 shortly after obtaining a master’s degree in Construction Management and Real Estate Development from Drexel University. He has held numerous positions within the commercial real estate industry and has almost four years of experience as a real estate investment analyst. Since joining The Dougherty Team, Zach has served an important role in improving team efficiency and providing detailed financial modeling for the team. Zach proactively reviews, analyzes, and interprets various types of real estate documents to support the underwriting, valuation, and marketing of investment real estate.

In addition to these notable professional accomplishments, Zach’s personal life includes a variety of achievements and hobbies. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs and taking care of his various aquariums, which are home to a large variety of aquatic life. In addition to animals, Zach enjoys problem-solving and building new creations through 3D printing and programmable hardware to create custom electronics. Zach’s personal goal is to create new memories and experiences with his wife and growing family.
