NEWLY CONSTRUCTED TACO BELL SELLS IN HUNTINGDON, PA

HUNTINGDON, Pa., June 25, 2019 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, has announced the sale of Taco Bell, a 4,095-square-foot net-leased property located in Huntingdon, Pa. The asset sold for $975,000.

Derrick Dougherty, first vice president investments, Steve Garthwaite, associate, and Scott Woodard, senior associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Philadelphia office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, an individual/personal trust. The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Dougherty and Woodard.
