Nick Geaneotes started his professional career at Marcus & Millichap in 2019 and has proudly represented The Dougherty Team ever since his inception in the commercial real estate industry.  Nick exclusively represents both sellers and buyers of commercial investment properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions. With an in-depth understanding of capital markets and 1031 exchanges, Nick advises and assists private investors in all aspects of net-leased and shopping center investment transactions. His approach continues to be focused on the importance of creating long-term relationships with the client and working on a personal level to help mitigate risk and assist with all aspects of the client’s portfolio.

 

Nick is a Lower Merion, PA native and attended Harriton High School.  Nick graduated from West Chester University with a degree in Finance. As an avid sports enthusiast and athlete, Nick has experienced and competed in various athletic competitions throughout the nation. Nick also loves traveling to diverse areas around the world, allowing him to experience different cultures, people, and cuisines. His passion for exploration and competition will always play a crucial role in his professional career.
