Colin Reder started his professional career at Marcus & Millichap in 2019 and has proudly represented The Dougherty Team ever since his inception in the commercial real estate industry.  Colin exclusively represents both sellers and buyers of commercial investment properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions.  With an in-depth understanding of capital markets and 1031 exchanges, Colin advises and assists private investors in all aspects of net-leased and medical office investment transactions.  His approach continues to be focused on the importance of long-term relationships with the client and working on a personal level to help grow the portfolio.

Colin is a Bryn Mawr, PA native and attended Episcopal Academy and The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he was a player on the Men’s Lacrosse Team that won the 2016 National Championship. He later attended Drexel University in his home city of Philadelphia.  As an avid sports enthusiast and athlete, Colin has experienced and competed in various athletic competitions throughout the nation. He is an avid outdoorsman spending time fly fishing and hunting throughout the country. His Athletic and Active background gives him a unique perspective and advantage in the competitive environment of the commercial real estate industry.
